This expanded Metaphysical Science degree is a popular metaphysics path for a variety of specializations and is excellent for students who desire to write books, do training or speaking, conduct metaphysical science and research, research human behavior and culture, pursue philosophy, or are simply interested in a general metaphysics degree.

This expanded degree has eight predetermined courses and 11 elective courses. This makes it even more "customizable" to fit your specific learning requirements. With this degree, you can choose any number of course paths to fit your career objectives. For example, you could choose the same course line-up as Spiritual Counseling or Paranormal Leadership. The only difference is that your master's and doctoral diplomas will state "Metaphysical Science" (or one of the other two specializations below) rather than "Spiritual Counseling" or "Paranormal Leadership". You will still receive all the certifications that go with the relevant courses.

At a time when solid leadership is in short supply, this expanded leadership degree program explores numerous aspects of leadership and management that will greatly enhance your leadership skills, starting with personal leadership and management. The curriculum forms a sold foundation upon which leadership concepts and techniques are then built. Many of the concepts in this premiere leadership degree program are unique and proprietary; they are not taught anywhere other than ICMH Schools.

This leadership degree program covers basic and advanced management and leadership concepts including assertive communication skills, delegation, empowering and motivating others, interviewing, hiring, firing, discipline, job descriptions, performance reviews, training and coaching, dealing with unacceptable behavior, and much more.

While both Spiritual Leadership and Organizational Leadership over the same course material, the Spiritual Leadership degree is great for those in positions of spiritual oversight. The Metaphysical Organizational Leadership degree is great for those in the business world who wish to enhance their management and leadership skills. A "Certified Leading Professional" (CLP) designation is also included to recognize your successful completion of this degree program in a more secular manner. This is excellent for adding additional credibility with a secular employer.

In addition, this expanded program also focuses on counseling and coaching which is very important to effective employee management. Students will learn our proprietary style of coaching/counseling called Life Leadership Coaching --A Transpersonal Approach to Self-Completeness. This intensive program teaches students many practical life skills with the intention of better helping clients or employees, as well as many specific coaching/counseling techniques. Life Coaching focuses on helping clients or employees achieve goals and overcome personal and professional challenges whereas Spiritual Counseling primarily addresses the spiritual nature of client or employee issues and is an integral part of pastoral counseling. Students will learn techniques for both modalities so that they may be better equipped to address a variety of client/employee needs. Graduates are provided with a full complement of discovery and analysis forms as well as two different behavioral profiles to use in their practices and training.

This expanded degree program also allows for two electives so you can take other courses of interest.

This specialization requires ordination in the International Church of Metaphysical Humanism (ICMH) (included) or in another bona-fide religious institution if a student does not want an ICMH ordination. Ordinations from the Universal Life Church are acceptable.
